Order Cancellation Policy

At Big Hit Creative, we move quickly to ensure timely production and delivery of all orders. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Order Approval & Production

Once artwork proofs and/or sewouts are approved, the order is considered finalized and immediately enters production.

2. Payment & Purchase Order Commitment

Submission of payment (in full or partial) or issuance of a purchase order (PO) constitutes a binding commitment to proceed with the order.

Once payment or a PO has been submitted, the order cannot be canceled without applicable cancellation fees, regardless of production status.

3. Cancellation Eligibility

Orders may be canceled prior to proof approval with no penalty, provided no payment or PO has been submitted.

Orders canceled after proof approval but before production begins may be subject to applicable setup or restocking fees.

Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled without penalty.

4. Cancellation Fees

If an order is canceled after payment/PO submission or after production has begun, a cancellation fee will be applied. This fee may include:

  • Costs of materials already purchased
  • Labor and production time completed
  • Setup, design, or digitizing fees
  • Any vendor or manufacturer charges incurred

Cancellation fees will vary depending on the stage of production at the time of cancellation.

5. Custom Products

All custom, decorated, or branded items are non-refundable once production has started.

6. Shipping Orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

7. Recommendations

For items without event-specific dates or messaging, we encourage clients to repurpose products for future use, internal distribution, or alternate events.
